Could you please - pass this out amongst your local membership - and to those who may possibly be attending Jacque & Roxanne's Lecture? It WILL be a huge help to Jacque & Roxanne - and they are aware that someone will be filming - and will help cooperate with the camera man/women - in order to get the shots.

The purpose of this effort - is to document, and make record of - this historic World Tour - on DVD.

The DVD copyright will be the sole ownership and possession of Jacque fresco - you simply agree to give Jacque NON-EXCLUSIVE rights to use you footage - in this documentary. The DVD will be made available to all chapters, members and supporters - for their use - to help spread awareness of The Venus Project Resource Based Economy. Credits will be displayed - for footage that was used.

The DVD will be registered with The US Library of Congress Copyright Division, as well as the US National Archives - to be logged and safely stored underground.

Any video format is acceptable - and photos are requested - if available.

Calling on members - who will be attending Jacque and Roxanne's lecture -

In addition to someone filming Jacque & Roxanne (them facing the camera) which there is usually at least one person doing this -

We need Member Volunteers to capture 2 very important VIDEO SHOTS of Jacque and Roxanne - at EACH lecture event - of around 2 minutes each:

1) Video footage "Behind" Jacque & Roxanne - WHILE GIVING lecture - showing the Auditorium and crowd listening (and if possible - also while answering questions).

2). Close-up video footage - AFTER LECTURE - of Jacque & Roxanne talking with crowd (VERY CLOSE-UP).

This is important footage - that will be combine with footage - other attendees will be shooting - in order to create and document this Historic Tour. The video will be made available to all Chapters - in order to help spread awareness - all over the Earth.

We feel this is important work - and ask for any, and all capable volunteers - who will commit to capturing this footage.

You DON'T have to be professional - and neither does the camera . . just make every attempt possible to capture these two important focal viewpoints. A filming guide and outline is below:

Getting the "behind Shot" is often overlooked because the speakers are not visible face-on . . . but is important - for this work - as it imparts the visual differences of the locations, people, the building . . etc.

Below is a short filming guide - that might be helpful: -------------------------------------------------------------------

Objective - to capture important focal points - from each lecture event around the world - to be incorporated with other attendees videos - to document this historical tour - and to help secure Jacque's work and place - in history.

We do not expect or desire anyone to miss being able to participate and enjoy the entire lecture - especially being with Jacque and Roxanne - while they are with you.

Just a minute or so of good video - will be all that is necessary. If someone can just walk over - attain a good shot for one minute - than go sit back down & enjoy - it will be a tremendous help - and valuable asset - to the movement.

2 important shots - we wish to capture:

1) Behind Jacque & Roxanne - with attendees and the inside of building visible -
Waist high level - where Jaqcue or Roxanne filling the monitor - with space above their heads - don't cut their heads off - but the background attendees (if on elevated seating) may get cut out slightly - when zoomed out.
Try to include as many of the attendees in the frame as possible.

A). Hopefully you can get far enough back of them - that their backs (or sides) are visible - and it's easily discernable - that it really is them. If this is the case - just full frame (zoomed out) of J&R - with crowd and building visible for 2 minutes - of steady footage.

If you cannot get them both in frame -

A) Start with a close-up of the crowd and hold for 10 seconds - then slowly zoom out - to just Jacque on one side - and hold for another 10 seconds . . or longer - if you can.

B) Repeat the same - close-up crowd - zoom out to Roxanne.

2). AFTER the lecture - Close-up of Jacque and Roxanne talking and interacting with everyone.
This is an important shot.
Low, low shots . . not standing up - looking down at them. Get down in the crowd.

Get AS CLOSE to Jacque as you possibly can -

A). Side view - with people in background - or next to him

B). Behind shot - with people in focus

C). Slightly behind crowd - looking directly at Jacque - but foreground heads periodically block the view. As though people were jocking for positions - in front of you - in order to be able to see him up close.

If you are able - just get a minute or two of these shots . . . slow zooms . . . steady shots.
